SMC box is molded from unsaturated polyester resin. This material is widely used in construction, electrical, automotive, aerospace and other fields. In this project, this material is used to press the shell of electrical high and low voltage switchgear to replace the existing metal shell. The characteristics of the most advanced aviation composite materials are used.

(5) . Flame retardant materials, flame retardant performance can reach FV0 level, smoke density level is 15, smoke toxicity level is quasi-safety level 1 (ZA1) All materials are the best at home and abroad to meet UL94 requirements.
(6) The combined effect of three-dimensional mesh structure and reinforcing fiber makes the material have good impact resistance, easy to machine, can drill and cut, accurate positioning, busbar structure, modular installation, and the surface of the cabinet is cast with rhombus protrusions, which has the function of preventing small advertisements from sticking and strengthening the strength of the box.
(7) . It is a kind of poor thermal conductor with low heat deformation rate and high temperature resistance. The thermal insulation may reduce the impact of environmental temperature difference on the temperature inside the box. Compared with metal materials, it can effectively reduce the possibility of condensation and frost inside the box.
